Axsy Smart Forms support the following file types in the Axsy Mobile App:
Image Upload Element
Attach a Photo Taken From the Device's Camera Roll
1. In the Axsy app, select an Image Upload Element and then 'Choose Photo'.
2. Select a photo from the device's Photo Library.
Take a Live Photo With the Device's Camera
After selecting an Image Upload Element, select 'Take Photo'. This will launch the device's camera and allow photos to be taken and uploaded. Select 'Done' when satisfied with your photo and optionally add a description.
Signature Element
Select a Signature Element in the Axsy app and retrieve the signature from the specified person. When ready to attach the signature, select 'Save'.
Adding a File in the Mobile App
When the user comes across a File Upload element with the Document variant, they will be prompted to select an existing file on their device and attach it to the Smart Form.
To support additional file types within Axsy Smart Forms, you must install Axsy Smart Forms Managed Package v1.53 or above in your Org.
View the Files on the Salesforce Platform
All the file records will be synced back to Salesforce when a data connection is retrieved. They are then available to view via the Related List of the record running the Smart Form.
