Before the information in a Smart Form is sent back to Salesforce as a Completed Form, a screen at the end of the form is displayed to the user to confirm this in the Axsy Mobile App. This screen is not explicitly included in the Designer, but is included in all Smart Forms on the Axsy Mobile App.
Run the Smart Form on the Axsy Mobile App
1. Before submitting the completed Form, this Confirmation message will appear on the screen:
2. Select Next to proceed.
3. When the process is complete a green tick will appear on the screen.
